Both are experts in supporting people to live independently at home and are more than happy to talk through your situation, deliver exactly what you want or make suggestions.

Think About it – we can arrange an immediate visit or your may want a few days to talk to other family members and friends and mull over what you want. We are always here to help.

Getting started with your care and support package – the first stage is for Anna or Nadia to visit you at home to work out the details of what you want and when. This might be just one call a week to help you with a shower or to do some shopping or it might be multiple visits a day because you needs lots of support. You will also get the chance to say if you have a preference for a male or female carer.

Putting together a support plan – on the visit Anna and Nadia will discuss a support plan with you that sets out all the details of time and dates of visits and what the carers will do on the visits. You will get a copy of your plan to keep in your home. Anna and Nadia will now match your expressed preferences with the care team to find the right care team to meet your needs.

Agreeing a date for the care and support to start. This may be immediately, in a few days or a few weeks time depending on your needs.
